Back in 2017, I started going down the rabbit hole of understanding how the subconscious mind and nervous system actually shape our results, and once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it.
My mind was blown realizing that the outcomes I was experiencing weren’t random, they were patterns. Patterns in my thinking, patterns in my body, patterns in what felt safe and familiar to me.
For so many years, I thought life was just a certain way, that there were limits to what I could have, earn, or experience, and that those limits were just… reality.
But what I came to understand is that your brain and body are constantly creating your experience based on what feels safe, familiar, and practiced, and once you start working with that, everything changes.
I went from pushing money away without realizing it, to actually being able to receive and hold it. I went from not feeling worthy of more, to expanding my capacity to have, keep, and experience what I truly desired.
And what I noticed, not just in my own life but with my clients, is that this isn’t about willpower or “trying harder,” it’s about understanding how your subconscious patterns and nervous system responses are shaping your behaviors, your decisions, and ultimately your results.
